1. Clients and their guests are required to conduct them selves in a reasonable manner at all times;un ruly clients and their guest will be evicted with no refund of monies paid.
2, The hotel reserves the right ti hold the client liable for any loss or damage to Lynden court property , fixtures, and fittings, including item hired for their for their use. They may also be held liable for injury to any person including Lyndencourt hotel staff which arises from the clients actions.
3, The hotel will not be liable for any failureto provide or delay in providing facilities or services as a result if events or matters outside the hotel control.
4, The hotel will take all reasonble steps to ensure that the requirements of each clients are met. However the hotel reserves the right to provide alternative services of at least comparable standards at no extra cost to the client accomodation bookings.
Security
5, Full payment needs to be supplied 48 hours prior to BOOKING.if full payment is not made the booking will be automatically cancelled.
6, An individual booking is only confirmed if supported by a deposit requested by the hotel or credit card guarantee.
7, Individual booking may normally be cancelled 7 days before arrival date without penalty. Bookingscancelled after this time will be invoiced for one nights charged .without notice
8, Children are allowed in hotel.
9,A £ 20.00 deposit charged for single, double, twin, and tripleroom for 4, 6, 8 bed room £ 100.00 ( cash only) deposit will charged .The deposit will be refunded upon returning the key no damaged in room and room is smoke free
10, Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recammended to cover you in case you cannot come to the hotel.
11, Major credit card & debit card accepted.
12,All the priced are quoted including V A t at 17.5%.
Should the rate changed The management will adjust the prices accordingly.

check-out time 10.30 am
If you dont check out by 10.30 am then you have to pay extra charged.
14, Reception hours are monday to saturday 8.00 am untill 10.00 pm. Sunday from 8.00am untill 6.00 pm.
Late check-in is £ 5.00 per person per room per hours
15, No animals are allowed in the hotel.
.16, car park £ 3.00 per day.
17, A continental break fast is including in the price.
Break fast time is Monday to Sunday 8.00 am until 9.00 am.
18, You can leave your luggage with us in our secure luggage store. We charged £ 2.00 per item. Luggage storage is up the manager discretion.

..19 .It is regretted that no liability can be accepted for the property of the customers. The staff are without authority to accept any articles on any other terms, except tem stored in our secure luggage storage.

20. £20.00 Deposit Per Person Required when Checking-in. It's Returnable on Check-out Providing the Room is in Good Order and Smoke Free.
