The hotel was a complete disaster. The guys were leaving in 2-3 days (!) to a new building and i still don't understand why they decided to accept my booking, which was out of their supposed day of closure of the old hotel. Dirty as far as it could get (don't want to mention disgusting details), indifference on behalf of the staff, everything was far less than anyone's expectactions (a not demanding person speaking).Just leave them an excuse that they were planning to do better once they were in the new establishment.
