Payment
Total monies will need to be paid in advance at check in.
Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payments £250 or over (5% fee), all money less than this amount can be paid in cash or bankers draft.
Amendments
Any changes to booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These are subject to availability & incur a £25 charge.
Reservation Fee
All short term bookings are subject to a £5 per person reservation fee.
Electricity
For studios and Ensuite rooms only, an additional £1.50 per day will have to be paid for in advance.
Sunday Fee
Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee for studios and rooms, £15 for dorm bookings. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm on Sundays.
Deposit/Bond
All guests will be required to provide the following upon arrival: Credit card security bond, plus sign and agree to our terms and conditions.

Directions
We have 3 buildings in Willesden Green, and your accommodation will be allocated on arrival. We offer a free pick up from Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee Line - Silver colour on the map)) during our office hours. 10am - 4 pm You are welcome to call on 0208 459 6203 on day of arrival for your property address, otherwise simply call us when you get to the Underground Station (Willesden Green) and we will pick you up with all your luggage.
If you are arriving after our office closed, we would be happy to arrange a late check in for you: We charge a £25 pounds fee for this service:
Late check in procedure: We leave the keys for your apartment out for you and provide you with the full address BY EMAIL.
