This is a Trusted Review. Why?
The hotel itself was okay, but not the best (whilst it's right next to the train station, it's also next to a really busy, noisy road). I stayed in a shared dorm - as a lone girl - with quite a few significantly older men, one of whom was quite aggressive. To be fair, with shared dorms it's kind of luck of the draw, and the staff were really nice and helpful when I told them; they immediately switched me into a different - better - room, but it kind of ruined my perception of the hotel. Aside from the scary resident, it was "you get what you pay for" really: basic, cheap, clean etc.
This is a Trusted Review. Why?
The most basic of basic. For what you pay,the room is fine.We got the triple room.Bad comments-1 very flat pillow on each bed, shower with no shower gel or shampoo etc provided so bring your own,we arrived quarter of an hour early(you cant check in until 2)and they wouldnt let us into the room until 2:30,so we had to wait for 45 mins while they tidied our room. This is ridiculous really as check out is at 11 so whoever was in their before us had to have gone then.
Only positive thing was that we had tickets to the NTAs at the O2 and its only a 10 min bus ride from there and the bus stop is only 2 minsup the road.
