Welcome to Journeys Greenwich, the perfect base to discover the 'real' London. Surrounded by street markets and colleges, the buzzing atmosphere makes your London stay a memorable one. Our small and friendly property has recently been refurbished, providing light and airy rooms significantly bigger and more spacious than those provided by inner city hostels, making Journeys Greenwich the perfect location for a longer stay in London.
For concert goers, London's Mega Venue the O2 Arena is only a 15 Minute bus or train ride, making Journeys Greenwich the ideal crash pad after a concert or show. While you're in the area, why not check out the Royal Observatory Greenwich and stand on the GMT line, the Maritime Museum and The Old Royal Navy College are near by, as is The Queens House and Greenwich Park. Excellent transport links will take you to London Bridge Station in 6 minutes for central London.

If you are arriving later than 11.30PM (weekdays) or 1.30AM (weekends), you will need to notify us of your arrival time by phone (0044 20 8692 4407) or email deptford@visitjourneys.com.
PLEASE NOTE
Check In
New arrivals can check into their rooms after 2pm each day. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the hostel if your room is not ready for you.
You do not have to be a member of any organisation to stay at Journeys however, we do require that some form of valid photo identification is presented upon check in, preferably a Passport, I.D. card or driving license.
Check Out
Check out is at 11am and guests must hand all security cards back to reception.

Directions
From New Cross station:
Come out of the station turn right and then left onto the main road. Carry on walking (3 minutes) until you reach Tanners Hill which will be on the right hand side and we located 150 metres on the right hand side. It is a large PURPLE building on the corner that has no name on the outside.
If you are arriving into London via:
Gatwick: From Gatwick airport catch the National Rail service into London Bridge station. From here take the train to New Cross tation (4 minutes) and then we are only a 5 minute walk.
Luton: Coming from Luton makes your trip very easy. If you simply take the express train into Kings Cross station. From here move onto the Northern Line(BLACK) 4 stops southbound to LONDON BRIDGE. From here take the overground train to New Cross (4 minutes). We are only a 5 minute walk from the station.
Stansted: From Stansted take the express train into Liverpool Street Station. From here, take the Underground one (1) stop to Moorgate and change onto the Northern Line (Black) going towards London Bridge. From here take the overground train to New Cross (4 minutes). We are only a 5 minute walk from the station.
Heathrow: Catch the Piccadilly Line and change at Kings Cross, from here catch the Northern Line to LONDON BRIDGE. take a train from New Cross (4 minutes) and we are only a 5 minute walk.
By Bus: From the west-end (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Westminster) simply catch bus 453 towards Deptford alighting at Deptford Bridge. If you are coming from Victoria, jump on bus 436 towards Deptford/Lewisham.
