New arrivals can check into their rooms at 4pm each day. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the hostel if your room is not ready for you.
You do not have to be a member of any organisation to stay at The London Eye Hostel however, we do require that some form of valid photo identification is presented upon check in, preferably a Passport, I.D. card or driving license.
With 116 beds available, we welcome parties of all sizes. Our vibrant staff are passionate about making your stay a memorable one.
Please note: we accept payment by cash as well as by card. All card payments will incurr a 5% surcharge.
We are unable to accommodate under 18's in our dormitories but are welcome to stay in one of our private rooms as long as an adult aged 18 or over is staying.

I like london eye hostel as the staff are very cooperative and enviroment is very friendly.
This hostel was a real disappointment. The staff were so rude, unhelpful and I didn't feel safe. Girls - I wouldn't stay here if you are travelling alone. The dorm room was really cramped and the lockers are too small to fit bags in so there was no where secure to leave our stuff.
