Important Information
Conditions
Journeys requires valid ID for all guests, you will be asked to provide this on arrival. Journey's also has a no refund policy for first night within 24 hours notice
Check In:
New arrivals can check into their rooms after 2pm each day. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage in our free luggage storage.
You do not have to be a member of any organisation to stay at Journeys however, we do require that some form of valid photo identification is presented upon check in, preferably a Passport, I.D. card or driving license.
Check Out:
Check out is at 10am and guests must hand all security cards, locker keys back to reception.

Groups of 6 persons and more:All group bookings of over 6 people must agree to group rules and provide a damage deposit of £250 on check in .
Olympic period conditions (20th of July till the 31st Of August included):
100% non-refundable prepayment (that will be charged directly from the card given at the moment of the reservation, instantly after we have received the booking)
A small charge may be payable for payments by credit or debit card at site.
