Conditions

Family Policy
1.Child under 12 years old with extra bed is charged at 50% of extra bed per child per with daily ABF
2.Child under 8 years old sharing the same bed with parents is free of charge with daily ABF.
3.Child under 4 years old without extra bed is free of charge with complimentary ABF.
4.Maximum 2 adults and 2 children per room (1 extra bed and 1 sharing bed with parents)
5.Child age 8-12 years old is required an extra bed.
6.In case of 2 child and both are under 8 years old, one extra bed is required with a charged at 50% of extra bed and another sharing the same bed with parents.

- Minimum 3 nights stay during Full Moon Party Period* for low season is required.
-Minimum 4 nights stay during Full Moon Party Period** for high season is required.
- Full Moon Period will be charged as high season rate

Cancellation and No-show Policy
1.All cancellations shall be notified either by fax, telephone or e-mail.

2.Low and High Season: Period June 11 January - Nov 30, 2011 cancellation of 15 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a levy of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved. Any cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged of 100% of total amount.
No-show is charged for 100% of total amount.

3.Peak Season : Period Dec 20, 2011 - Jan 10, 2012 cancellation of 30 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a levy of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved. Any cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged of 100% of total amount.
No-show 100% charge of total amount.

Early Check-Out Policy
Booking guest(s) will be charged at 100% of the remaining night(s) for each room reserved. The resort will not responsible for any refund. The guest(s) will need to contact directly with the travel agency.
