PRIVATE ROOMS - Min One Week Stay

These properties feature spacious private rooms with modern wooden floors, ensuites as well as access to fully equipped kitchens.

FREE TOWELS and TEA/COFFEE on arrival

Choose from Single, Double/Twin, Triple and Quad Rooms. Some rooms have private bathrooms while all rooms have access to our fully equipped kitchens.

All rooms have:

- fresh linen supplied.

- colour television

- wardrobes

- FREE towels on arrival

- Welcome pack (tea/coffee/milk/buiscits)

Please note: We only allow guests between the ages of 18 and 60 years old.

*Please note that towels are provided FREE*

For rooms without ensuite bathrooms, there are communal bathrooms which incorporate a Pressured 'power' shower.

We also have free internet access for all tenants.

FREE pick-up from local tube station:

There is FREE pick up and transfer to your accommodation during the office hours of 10:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and 10:30am to 5:00pm Saturday/Sunday

Checking in
10.45am – 5.45pm
Please call us from the 'Willesden Green' tube station for your free pick up.

Late Arrivals
Pre arranged or if you are delayed and arrive after 5.45pm, we will email your address and details of how to check in. (£25 charge) If you know you will be arriving late please let us know.

Meet at the property
Phone the office on the day of your arrival for your property address.

Payment
Total monies will need to be paid in advance at check in.
Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payments £250 or over (5% fee), all money less than this amount must be paid in cash or bankers draft.

Additional booking information

Amendments
Any changes to booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These are subject to availability & incur a £25 charge.

R/Fee
All short term bookings are subject to a £5 per person reservation fee.

Electricity
For studios and Ensuite rooms only, an additional £1.50 per day will have to be paid for in advance.

Sunday Fee
Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee for studios and rooms, £15 for dorm bookings. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm.

Deposit/Bond
All guests will be required to provide the following upon arrival: Credit card security bond, plus sign and agree to our terms and conditions

All Private Room bookings include:
Fresh linen, duvet, pillows, towels, washing powder, welcome pack of tea/coffee, biscuits, just to get you started.

All Studio Apartment bookings include:
Fresh linen, duvet, pillows, towels, washing powder, 1 roll of toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea towel, shampoo sachet, welcome pack of tea/coffee, biscuits, just to get you started.

- An email will be sent to you from Head Office within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

OFFICE HOURS ARE:
Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.00pm
Saturday - 9.30am to 5.00pm.
Sundays - Closed

All Check-ins out of office hours must be arranged prior to arrival and will incur a £25 check-in charge. Late check ins will require the total rent due to be deducted from your credit card prior to your arrival.
