Hostel Almora

Photos Facilities Map Streetview Reviews

Located in the heart of the village of Nigüelas and only 20 minutes away from Granada, Hostel Almora is a converted traditional Andalucian village house. It consists of a dormitory of 6 single beds and a private double bedroom which shares the bathroom with the dorm.

Hostel Almora is located midway between Granada and the Costa Tropical, is a largely agricultural area consisting of 19 villages nestled in amongst orange and olive groves, although if you visit between January and March it will be the blossom of the almond trees that catch the eye.

There is easy access to the Sierra Nevada and The Alpujarra mountain ranges as the valley lies between the two, and this is reflected in the altitude of the villages which ranges from 359m in Izbor to 931m in Nigüelas.

Excellent 94%

The owner is a young guy, extremely friendly, you will love him.
We really felt at home (and had the place all for ourselves).
There is a very charming old style terrace on top that gives you view over the town and the mountains and also a very nice common living room.
The town is quiet and offers great walks to the mountains or the villages around.
Great price/value.
