Welcome to the "Hotel Sweet Home" utopia, with 22 rooms, 1 "help yourself" zone, 1 "be yourself" zone, 1 "love yourself" zone with its sun terrace.

Important information/Cancellation policy:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before your arrival.

For cancellations made within 48 hours the first night will be charged. In case your reservation is for 5 or more nights 25% of the reservations total will be charged.

For high season dates:

19th to 23rd January 2010.

01st to 04th April 2010.

21st to 22nd May 2010.

1st to 4th July 2010.

30th to 31st December 2010.

All reservations during above indicate high season dates require at the time they are made a deposit payment of 50% of reservations total. These 50% will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation.

Reservations during high season dates can be cancelled free of charge 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellations within these 5 days the deposit will not be refunded.

Our rooms come in different formats, facing both inward and outward with views over Madrid. The difference between the categories is the size of the room.

The simple, creative design is based on black and white, the hallmark glass shower and all the technology you would expect of us: music selected by our musical director to stimulate the senses.

Atocha (RENFE, Ave, national and international train services)

Take metro line 08 (color pink) until stop Nuevos Ministerios; change here to metro line 10 (color dark blue) until stop Tribunal; in Tribunal change to metro line 01 (color light blue) until stop Tirso de Molina. Take Plaza de Tirso de Molina to the left. Once you arrive to Calle del Conde de Romanones turn right until you get to nº 6.

It takes approximately 45 minutes to get from airport to hotel.
