Monarch Sands Beach Resort, Dumaguete, Philippines

Monarch Sands Resort is situated on a secluded cove, located North of the sleepy town of Siaton. Native style cottages made of Nipa, Bamboo and local materials face the blue waters of the Bohol sea.

Monarch Sands Dive Resort Cottages are located on the coral cliffs of Siaton. The resort has been made from local materials.

They are all located on the beach with two double beds, and a magnificent view. A fan, private bathrooms, large porch will be available to the customers.

Rates start at php1000 per night and an extra guest can stay for php100. Children under 8 can stay for free.

We have 3 superior cottages with hot and cold showers overlooking the cove. There are two private doubles on the beach, and 1 up on the mountain side also overlooking the cove.

All cottages have a private veranda, bathroom and are cooled by fans. Wireless is signal usually acceptable in all rooms. Hot water pot and coffee provided in all rooms.

The resort is situated in Siaton. In order to get to Siaton, you need to follow these instructions.

From Dumaguete City

If you’re coming by car, you need to head south along Real Street and you must follow this road along the bend until you reach the town of Siaton. After, you pass the 46th kilometres, you need to turn left at the Monarch Sands sign and follow the sign until you reach the destination.

If you’re coming by bus, you need to take the Ceres Bus Liner and you must get off once you reach Siaton Bus Terminal. Once you’re in Siaton, you need to head south towards the destination along the main road.
