Superiorly located in Chelsea. Facilities were rather basic, people fairly friendly. After I had left the UK and needed help for a forgotten item, there was little support.

Only stayed at this hostel for one night, so didn't get a really full impression, but based on what I saw, I have to rate this one very uniformly; very little which really jumped out one way or another. One of the nicer European hostels I've stayed at (e.g. had actual lounges with couches and other backpackers to talk to, a kitchen with all the necessities, and so on), although the room I stayed in (a twin) was tiny and uninspiring, and the bathrooms weren't much to write home about either.
The one thing where this hostel "shines" (if barely) is its location; just a short walk away from the Earl's Court underground stop (one of the more useful underground stops, being on the District and Piccadilly lines), yet on a nice and quiet street. There's undoubtedly nicer locations in London, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a hostel located near them. (Of course, there's a whole cluster of hostels in the streets around this one.)
