We have a great city centre location ideal for the individual backpacker or student and groups.
This area is the city\'s bohemian, creative centre and is full of the eclectic - record stores, funky clothes bazaars, terrific live music venues with music 7 days a week.
The live venue bars are cheap and very live... The city is blessed with over 50 museums and art galleries all with FREE ADMISSION- and most within walking distance!
Oh and we have pub crawls
We also provide free tea/coffee and toast all day every day!

Cancellations must be made by 12pm the day before arrival otherwise the first night will be charged if you fail to arrive or cancel late.
**For 2 night stay cancelation the full 2 nights will be charged.**
***GROUPS of 7-14 must pay 1 week before arrival IF HAVEN\'T PAID BY THIS TIME WE WILL CHARGE THE CARD ON THE BOOKING . ****
*Cancelations for groups must be 1 weeek before arrival otherwise you will be charged the whole stay. *
* *You may also be required to put a deposit down on arrival in cash for groups of 6+ at receptions discretion***
