The hostel was great. The location is absolutely fantastic (next to the centre) and I was surprised about the clenaliness. One point negative was the temperature in our room. It was a little cold. But at all, it was very well.

About Hatters at Hilton Chambers
Hilton Chambers has changed it\'s name to Hatters at Hilton Chambers. It is not a drastic change but one which will hopefully encourage you to explore our sister Hatters hostels throughout the country. Hatters at Hilton Chambers is a modern take on backpacking style accommodation also providing comfy large private bedrooms.
We provide ensuite dormitories and private rooms all of which are designed for the more modern backpacker or those looking for something with, we like to think, an extra little touch of class than most city centre backpacker hostels.
We provide 24 hours breakfast free tea/coffee/Juice and toast all day every day to everyone staying!
Our hostel is also really close to the train station and ridiculously close to all the main forms of public transport. We provide FREE WI FI in the common areas and have computers for guests without their own laptops.
Our private rooms have modern televisions and a shared secret private kitchen. We have a cosy lounge were you can watch films from our wide range of DVDs or play games on the Playstation. We also have other games such as darts, mini snooker and Fuzball. We sometimes have a BBQ on our rooftop garden of eden were the sun always shines on you and Manchester!!!
Our friendly staff know all about Manchester so if you need to ask us about anything please do. We have been providing our guests some of the best service in Manchester since we opened in 2006 will continue to do so in the future.

Cancelations for 7-14 must be 1 week before arrival otherwise you will be charge for the whole stay. * **

From the pictures available on the website, I knew that the place looked relatively nice. The photo's do not do the place justice. This hostel was absolutely fabulous! Very clean, very modern, every facility available. Was not expecting such a fantastic place, considering it cost me under £20 to stay the night in the middle of Manchester! Definately will be staying here again, or using the same chain when visiting other cities!

for £18 i dont think me and my friend could have found a better place to stay! it's right in the centre of manchester and everyone was really friendly, i'm sure we'll both be back soon!

Don't stay there if Man U plays at home because you dont gone sleep a lot. Nice spot in the middle of shopping manchester.
