The Aparthotel Dunes Platja is located in a privileged quiet area next to the Mediterranean Sea. In front of the beach of Ca’n Picafort and about 300 m from the city centre, you will be able yo enjoy the island and its inhabitants way of life. A perfect place for your holidays at any time of the year.

On the spacious terrace next to the sea there is our swimming pool, which is open air in the summer and covered / heated in the winter.

We also have a fitness room, solarium, bicycle rental, children’s playground, and a sauna.

In our hotel you will find a spacious hall and a snack bar where you can enjoy the peace and the magic of the sea.

Thanks to the manageable size of the hotel, you will have a familiar atmosphere.

There are 44 apartments and 3 studios available distributed on 3 floors. The apartments are equipped with dining room, a separate sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace (accommodating from 2 to 4 persons)

The studios consist off a double room and a bathroom. All our apartments and studios have air-conditioning, heating, safe, telephone, satellite TV, hair drier, fridge and microwave. Our apartments come with a very nice sea view.

In order to reach the destination from Aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca, by car, you need to follow these instructions.

1) Head towards Autocia de Levante

2) Take the ramp to Autovía de Levante

3) Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Palma and merge onto Autovía de Levante

4) Take exit 3 to merge onto Circunvalación de Palma/Ma-20 toward Andratx/Port d'Alcúdia

5) Take exit 3B to merge onto Ma-13 toward Son Castelló/Inca

6) Take exit 30 toward Inca

7) At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ma-13A

8) Turn right to stay on Ma-13A

9) Turn left to stay on Ma-13A

10) Take the 1st left to stay on Ma-13A

11) At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Camino de Arta Lluc

12) Continue straight onto MA-3501

13) Turn left to stay on MA-3501

14) Turn right at Ronda Sur

15) Turn right at Carretera de Muro/MA-3430 and Continue to follow MA-3430

16) At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Calle de la Carretera de Marjals/MA-3431 and continue to follow MA-3431

17) Turn right toward MA-3431

18) Turn left at MA-3432

19) Slight right at MA-3431 and go through 1 roundabout

20) At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Calle del Paseo de Colón and continue until you reach the destination which should be on your right hand side.
