About Moonstar Hostel
Moonstar Hostel is the budget traveller's dream hostel offering great atmosphere and service with the lowest possible prices. We are conveniently located in the heart of Old Istanbul, Sultanahmet and the main historic hub. We are only minutes away from the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Underground Cistern, Turkish Baths, the Grand Bazaar and so much more!
Our guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Marmara Sea and historic Istanbul from the terrace while dining on freshly barbecued chicken, meat, or fish. There are great salads for all those vegetarians, too!
The showers are located inside the rooms and the W.C. are located outside the rooms and are continuously maintained. All our rooms have air condition, nightlife and Wi-Fi connection. All rooms are non-smoking.
Please note, you must be between the ages of 18-45 to make a booking with our hostel. If you do not meet the age requirements, your booking will not be honoured and you will not be refunded your deposit which you paid on this site

We had a great stay
I travelled with 7 friends. We were treated with a delicious breakfast on top of the buiding (BTW great views). The staff was helpfull and friendly. We strongly recommend the place!!!
Moonstar Hostel is really a magical place, wonderful atmosphere, people are very friendly and hospitable (i mean staff):-) I stayed there 10 days, you don't need to worry about your baggage or money or other valuable items. But if you want to be completely sure there are security lockers. The location - Sultanahmet district is really good, 5 min from the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace... What I liked the most in that hostel was definitely people(!) and open-air roof-top terrace where we spent unforgettable evenings
I'm sure i will come back there one day !!
