Conditions
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 (noon), 48 hours before your arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, or a no-show, the hotel will charge the cost of the 1st night's stay to your credit card.
Please note: all reservations must be secured with Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, American Express and debit cards cannot be used to secure a reservation. Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment.
Groups:
Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The balance of payment is required 10 working days prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled.

Directions
From the A19:
- Exit for Stockton on the A1046 and take 1st left turn from the A1046 into North Tees Industrial Estate.
- Continue straight on following road and you will arrive at our Teesside Hotel.
From Stockton Town Centre:
- Follow Haverton Hill (A1046) and turn right into North Tees Industrial Estate just before the junction with the A19.
