Blue Mountains Heritage Motel is ideally located right in the centre of Katoomba, the 'capital' of the beautiful World Heritage Blue Mountains. The AAA3.5 star motel enjoys an absolute central position close to all attractions, Echo Point, Scenic World, 'Edge' Cinema,restaurants, bars, cafes, RSL, shops and entertainment. Tour buses collect daily from the property. Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Canyoning, Mountains Bike Hire, Horse Riding, 4 Wheel Drive Tours, Car Hire can all be easily arranged by reception. We are also just 3 minutes walk from the railway station where trains arrive hourly from Sydney (2 hour journey).

All rooms have superb AAA3.5 star facilities at reasonable tariffs. ALL ROOMS HAVE ENSUITE bath or shower, Air Conditioning, King, Queen or Single beds, electric blankets, LCDHD TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug, hairdryer etc.

Special full hot buffet breakfast available at time of check in for only $8.00 per person (Must be booked and paid direct at check in)

Credit Card number required to confirm booking. Deposit of $50 per room charged to Credit Card. To safeguard your booking, if you have not arrived by 4.00pm on a Saturday or during NSW School Holidays or by 6.00pm on any other night and not advised us otherwise we will charge the balance of the first nights tariff to your credit card.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel a refund less $40 per room handling fee will be made if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your due arrival date. Cancellations received less than 14 days to your due arrival date, any refund is at our discretion and is subject to our reletting the accommodation for the same tariff and period and costs of same.
If you fail to arrive and have not notified us we will charge the first nights tariff (less deposit paid) to your credit card.
If you need to change your booking there is an admin fee of $30.00
Our office hours are from 9am through to 9pm daily.
