Astley House is a comfortable fourteen minutes walk from the Minster & York city centre with many historic attractions.
This small, friendly, family-run establishment provides quality accommodation with comfortably furnished rooms all with en-suite facilities, colour television & tea and coffee making facilities....and for an added touch of luxury there is a good choice of four poster bedrooms.
Astley House also has a private car park situated at the rear.

Directions
From the A64 join the outer city Ring Road (A1237) & proceed to the 6th roundabout(A19 York or Thirsk).
Take the A19 towards York and after 1 and a half miles you'll find Astley House on the right hand side opposite the church. There are cobbles across the road which can be used to offload luggage, they are completely exempt from parking restrictions providing your wheels do not touch the yellow line.
The Car park is situated behind Astley House..
Travelling by Train
York is now less than 2 hours from London's Kings Cross station and taxis are available on the station forecourt to complete your journey.
