Apartment.ee reserves the right to preauthorise your credit card for the cost of the first night, to be sure credit card details are valid. Please be sure to have sufficient funds.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled 2 to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment - A deposit fee of 40% (but not less than 150 EUR) will be required on arrival in order to cover any extras or incidentals above the total amount payable for the duration of your stay. In the event of any damages done to the apartment or individuals, the deposit fee will be used to cover these damages. In the event of no damages, the deposit fee will be returned to the customer at the time of check-out.

However depost I paid via Travellerspoint website was promptly refunded, ( cash via mail in ordinary envelope which I received very next day).

As the pricing and availability is uploaded and updated by the property management, they refunded the booking fee and deposit after making a mistake in their pricing.
