Due to heat and pest control we ask that you DO NOT eat, drink (only water allowed), smoke, use drugs or bring in exposed and infected camping equipment of any sort into your rooms, you may forfeit your bond/key deposit, however we do have suitable storage space.
As you check in you may want to hire out a cutlery set ($10 refundable), for the duration of your stay.
You may also want to hire a towel for $2.

Please confirm expected time of arrival on booking.
If you are delayed due to transport than please advise immediately.

Can I add an extra bed?
Properties include the occupancy for each room in the room's description. If it is possible to add an extra bed this will be specified in the property description. Please note additional costs may apply.

Can I get an airport pick up?
If a property offers airport transfers, this will be included in their facilities description. A direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can arrange any transfers. Please note that transfers may incur an additional cost.

I arrive very late, can I still check-in?

We do not have direct access to the contact details of accommodations listed on our site. When you make a booking, a direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can make changes, arrange transfers, etc.

To ensure your health and safety as a small working hostel we have taken the trouble to eradicate all bedbugs, rodents and pests at a regular rate, so when you arrive you are given clean sheets (as you are not permitted to use your own sleeping bags or bedding) and we ask that you take the time to strip your bed of the sheets and bring them to reception upon checkout.

We also guarantee the best rates in town and awesome value for money.
