We enjoyed our 4 day stay. It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The blackboard with daily activities provided a range of activities at a low cost that could undertaken, rather than just sitting/lying on the beach or around the pool.

About Beachouse
Located on Fiji's magnificent Coral Coast , the Beachouse is ideal for those who want a central home base for their Fiji adventure.
The Beachouse was one of Fiji's first Backpacker resorts having opened its doors in 1996. Our dorms are spacious and the garden doubles have either queen or king size beds.The resort is nestled within a delightful four hectare coconut grove fringed by a white sandy beach with a living coral reef only metres away! A five star location at affordable prices!!
The Beachouse offers the best of Fiji's natural beauty and charm. In 2006 the Beachouse was the filming location of the UK TV production 'Love Island'. We are now back to doing what we do best - looking after travellers. All accommodation includes a continental breakfast, afternoon tea daily and free use of sea kayaks.
With a poolside cafe and bar situated only 30 metres from the beach, you won't have to move far to rehydrate or appease your appetite. If you are on a budget, we have cooking facilities readily available in our guest kitchen (not commonly found in Fiji resorts & hostels).
There is lots to keep you busy, or you can unwind and do as little as you want. Activities include local villlage visits, waterfall/jungle treks as well as snorkelling trips and a variety of free activities daily. Play beach volleyball, fish, make coconut jewellery,ride horses on the beach, swim or simply relax in one of our beachside hammocks... the list is endless....

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The blackboard with daily activities provided a range of activities at a low cost that could undertaken, rather than just sitting/lying on the beach or around the pool.
We purchased all our meals from the daily menu offered which was basic and nutrious. There was a small backpackers kitchen available but we did not see anybody using it. It was difficult to purchase food and cook yourself because there is not a town/village with shops within 5-10km of the Beachhouse and we did not have a car.
We stayed in a private bedroom which was clean and spacious. It was Fijian style with shutters and lourves and being different to a normal style room was a good experience.
