About Dee's Homestay
The Homestay is located within a 3 minute drive from the International Airport. Very convenient for budget travellers wishing to overnight upon arrival before taking off to their next holiday destination in Fiji or for early international flights the next day.
The Homestay offers you the comfort of a warm and homely enviroment, like staying at your best friend's.
With room rate comes fresh towels, fresh linens, stand fan, hot and cold water in the baths and you get breakfast of cereals, toasts, jams of varieties and tea/coffee. And a welcome drink on arrival.
A big kitchen is also available for your convenience.
Internet is also available to you for a small fee.
We can also assist you with other bookings to complete your holidays in Fiji, be it for cruises, tours, other resort/backpacker and even wedding packages to suit your budget. Book with us and your stay at Dee's and meals are free.

We were discussing weather we should go some where else...
We were so pleased we decided against that as Dee was the most gracious lady and made us really welcome.She gave us lots of advice regarding taxis and tourism in general.We spent 2 nights there before heading off to the Islands.
We enjoyed her company so much that we spent another 2 nights with her before our flight home.It isn't The Ritz but bed was clean and comfortable.
Sure, she was having problems with the shower but that wouldn't stop us from spending more time with her and her family if we visit Fiji again.

The place was only 5 mins drive out of Nadi Airport which was really handy as I was only staying for 2 nights. The place was like a standard backpackers and Dee and her son were very lovely and warm (they even cooked me porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast and dinner when I was there too). Dee was pretty helpful with stuff too.
A tip for those who are going to visit any of the islands for a day (i.e. Beachcomber, Bounty, South Sea Island etc etc): If you are going to do this and wanna save 5 or 10 bucks then walk up to Tanoa Hotel (which is 5 minute walk going toward town, same side of road), they have free pick-up and return to the Denarau Port where all the ferries go from.
This is a great stay for those who want something like a backpackers but who don't want a lot of noise / parties etc (i.e. a couple who wanna relax with peace and quiet or otherwise someone who isn't into partying).

This was very a very convenient location close to the airport, as I arrived in the evening and was catching the bus to Suva from the airport first thing in the morning. The whole family was very friendly, they provided me with sandwiches that night and breakfast in the morning. It was very cheap and good value, as all I wanted was a bed and a shower.
