I enjoyed my stay at this backpackers, the location was convenient as it was in the downtown area. My room was pleasant and clean. However, when I arrived and paid for the accommodation I was charged gst tax on top of the price stated to me online which was not mentioned to me in the email or site. The breakfast service & facilities were good. The people were friendly, and the driver to and from the airport was helpful and courteous
