Upon check inn we were taken to the "New China Guesthouse" this was very dissapointing as we booked the Yan-Yan guesthouse. As regards to the New China guesthouse house we were very dissapointed with the rooms, if you want to change your mind you have to leave the room and go back in - we strongly feel that you misrepresent the rooms on the website
The location of the Guesthouse is very unpleasant given the following:
1. Having to wait for the lift for ever
2. The market area is very unpleasant as one has to fight your way through to get to the lift.
3. I prayed that a fire will never break out in the building as it will be totally and utterly devastating - haal ways are rowded with suitcases as the rooms are to small to even put a suit case in.

All in all very unpleasant!

Yan Yan Guest House, situated in Chung King Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui.

We are on the Nathan Road, Hong Kong's most famous street which is also known as the Golden Mile. A ten minutes' walk to the Star Ferry is all you to have to take to get yourself to Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre or Hong Kong Island.

It is only three minutes walk to Kowloon-Canton Railway East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, which takes only 1 hour to Shenzhen (PRC) and 45 minutes to Hong Kong International Airport. A ten minutes drive will take you to Airport Express Train and city check-in.

We provide quality and reasonably-priced accommodation in Hong Kong.

All private rooms with bathroom, air-conditioning, phone (free for local), color television, 24 hour hot water, free water drink with amazing prices.

• From Hong Kong Int'l Airport to The Chung King Mansion New China Guest House :

• 1. By Airport Shuttle A21 (bus) or N21 at midnight.

• The fare is HK$33 (subject to change) per person, exact change is required. Traveling time is approx. 1 hour. Please get off on Nathan Road where the Imperial Hotel and Chung King Mansion stop is. Then go into Chung King Manion and go to block E 8/F.

Be aware of people trying to chase you at the doors of the mansion.
