This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Pascal was kind and offered a lot of advice on his city of Bucharest. Unfortunately there were some hidden costs upon arrival including the internet which was advertised as free. The flat was not clean, 2 of our party left Bucharest with bed bug bites while we were provided with half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days. Finally, the airport transport we paid for did not show up which nearly cost us a flight. Again, Pascal was courteous and helpful and did pay back the taxi cost to the airport.
This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Apartment and setting was great. Service was really nice, too, only thing that it was complicated getting an invoice, particularly for the traveller's point booking fee. I did not get an invoice for the booking fee, neiher from traveller's point nor from 2openRooms. This makes it a bit difficult for costumers who need an invoice.
