About Zoe y Víctor
Our motto is comfort and security; we have more than twelve years of experience in lodging business, always with official license of the Cuban government, and are proud of the opinions our guests expressed for the services and care they enjoyed in our hostel. We speak French & English, and help our visitors, with our long experience, to perform or complete their holiday program.
Zoe & Victor’s hostel is located in the geographical centre of Havana city, very near to the historical Plaza de la Revolucion and the main bus terminal of the country. We rent two rooms, with all the facilities and modern conditions; one has a double bed, and the other twin beds, and if necessary a third personal bed, adjusting proportionally the price. We offer breakfast and laundry service, not included in the price, and dinner if the guest asks for it.
Accommodation Information
We offer two rooms for rent; one has a double bed, and the other twin personal beds, and if necessary and additional personal bed, adjusting the price proportionally. Both of them have air conditioned, private bathroom & WC (separated) with cold & hot water the whole day, TV, fridge and phone; 110/220 v. Linen and toiletries are included in the price, but not meals or laundry. Breakfast - price 4 CUC per person- consists of a big dish of fresh Cuban fruits, coffee & milk or tea, omelette, toasts & butter, and express coffee. We also offer, for lunch or dinner, abundant rations of meals Cuban style; the price, always below the one of the restaurants for tourists, depends on the menu.
Location Information
From Jose Martí International Airport, by car or taxi, you will reach our house in no more than half an hour, all along Rancho Boyeros Avenue. When you arrive to the Plaza de la Revolución, turn to the right and you will be in 20 de Mayo Ave, where our house is located, at no more than 400 meters. Look for the tall intense blue painted building: we are there, waiting for you.
From the Airport, the taxi fare is 20 or 25 CUC, do not pay more! We have no special bus from airport.

We spent our 10-day honeymoon in Cuba at Zoe y Victor's. We can't recommend it highly enough. What you get are two of the kindest, warmest, welcoming people you are ever likely to encounter. We found the place to be small but very comfortable and cosy. The apartment is accessible without being right in the centre of town. It's about a scenic 25min walk or 10min cab ride to Parque Central. Our hosts were very flexible in accomodating our dietary needs (1 pescatarian, lactose intolerant). We were served delicious food, Cuban style, to our specific tastes. Our hosts were also very informative and always on hand to assist us especially in regards to travel advice, going rates for local services etc.
The apartment was clean and safe with good basic facilities, we encountered no problems at this 'casa particulares'. We have adopted it as our home in Havana.
If you want to get a real taste of Havana, we suggest a guesthouse and we highly recommend Zoe y Victor. All of our requests and thank you's were met with a wave of the hand and a 'de nada'.
Were we to return to Havana, this would be our very first choice.
