In the heart of the Alpes de Haute-Provence, setting up alongside the natural lake of the Lauzet at 900 meters in altitude, surrounded by the majestic and challenging "Séolanes" and several pikes mountains, a pleasure for hikers, welcome in la Lauzetane !

The hotel faces the natural lake Lauzet, half way between Barcelonnette and Serre-Ponçon, 25 km from the ski resorts of Pra-Loup and Sauze and 5 minutes from the rafting activity centres.

The hotel-club La Lauzetane is open to families, groups and work committees, organised trips and seminars.

Bedroom are with en suite bathroom; Shower. TV Satellite and telephone. On 3 floors with lift.

Themed buffet are served every night in our restaurant; Mexican, Italian, Mountain, Provençal in an air-conditioned room or the choice of à la carte with specialities from our chef

A stopover on the Grand Alps route.

Directions

By car:
Coming from Paris and from the North: motorway to Grenoble, then N85 (the Route Napoleon) to Gap, then D900 towards Barcelonnette to Lauzet Ubaye.
Coming from the South via Aix-en-Provence: A51 to Tallard then towards Barcelonnette to Lauzet Ubaye.
By plane: Marseille-Marignane then coach (SCAL, Tel: 04 92 51 06 05) from Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.
Nice airport and then by the route des Grandes Alpes or on 'the little toursit train des Pignes'(booking required) Nice-Digne then coach to Barcelonnette with a stop at Lauzet Ubaye.
By train:
TGV Méditerranée, Gare Aix-les-Milles or Marseille + train to Gap then coach to Barcelonnette with a stop at Lauzet Ubaye or hire a car.
Night train Paris-Briançon, change to Gap then coach to Barcelonnette.
