Brigitte and Mishma (her little dog ) are waiting for you in their beautiful 'French Nice style home'.

We are located in the heart of the city (4th floor with elevator) where one will discover large, sweet and sunny rooms.
Le Blue room, with 2 beds and a quirky blue decoration and the romantic Green and Pink ones with a double bed.
This big apartment is made up of one shower + one bathroom a toilet and a kitchen which you could use
' to make your own breakfast '.
Here, in the heart of Nice, you will feel at home. I can happily recommend some good, cheap places to eat or have a drink !
The apartment is only a 2 minute walk from the train station and only a 15 minute walk to the beach (5 mInutes on tram !)

Directions
From the airport, take the bus no. 23 to the train station (GARE SNCF).
Price: 1.30 Euros one way.
Departures from Terminal 1 every 30 minutes, between 6 am and 9pm.
Direct route 'Airport-Nice' (No. 98): Aeroport/city center/bus station, via la promenade des Anglais.

Price: 3.50 Euros (one way + including free transport for the same day on the city bus network)
Departures from Terminal 1 and 2, every 20 minutes, between 6 am and 11:40 pm.
When you go out of the train station, turn left as if you were going towards the tourist office.
Go past the tourist office and just stay on the left side of the street (this is Avenue Thiers).
Walk about one minute until you reach the first street on your left which is Avenue Malaussena.
Then walk down this street (you have to pass underneath the bridge) turn immediatly to the right.
Our Guesthouse is the second building in front of the bridge (with the grey shutters). N� 3 ; ENTER CODE: 1543 to enter/ 4TH FLOOR ON THE RIGHT.
