Very well located - right near the promenade and beautiful beach of Nice and not too far to the old city. Close to shops, and cafes. Large spacious rooms and well equiped. Wifii in room was very handy although it was time restricted. Bathrooms dated but spacious and appeared clean. Staff were vey helpful and friendly (and spoke English). Stay in this location and hotel recommended.

Very well located - right near the promenade and beautiful beach of Nice and not too far to the old city. Close to shops, and cafes. Large spacious rooms and well equiped. I mean, what would you expect if you have a double room for 30€? But for that, i was perfect. A clean retro bathroom, luggage storage, a cult radio playing french chansons and 1 minute way to the beach. Unfortunately not too close to the city centre, but for the benefit of the money you save you definitely shouldn't mind walking 5 minutes longer to the old town, it ain't more!
