Santhiya Resort & Spa has 99 guestrooms and villas, each with hardwood floors, a separate sitting area, and traditional Thai furnishings and décor. Each room has a private balcony or veranda and is outfitted with a cable TV, DVD player, direct-dial phone, mini bar, coffee/tea maker, and complimentary bottled water. Bathroom of each villa has a bathtub and shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

Moreover, we are specialized for both Thai massages and Spa which operate since 10.00 am. - 9.00 pm.

- Santhiya Deluxe Room come with double bed and extra bed.

- Santhiya Sea view Villa Suite comes with a double bed and extra bed.

- Santhiya Grand Villa Suite comes with 2 double bed and extra bed.

- Santhiya Royal Pool Villa Suite comes with a double bed and extra bed.

* Minimum stays for Full moon is 3 days.

* Minimum stays for New Year Eve is 4 days.

* Gala dinner for New Year; pay upon check in.
