This is a Trusted Review. Why?

We stayed (me and my gf) for a night in this place. The place definitely is located in the heart of Paris, but it lacks elevator (we lived on the 4th floor and needed to go upstairs on foot, besides, the staircase is very steep and uncomfortable). The staff is as bad as in many cheaper places in Paris, it seems that Fallen Angels provide you with services of reception. Its cleanliness is a question of debate, but in general it is sufficient. Facilities are working but as uncomfortable as it could be, the common shower is on the ground floor, so a person living on the 4th has a nice crumbling down and up. Value is designated for the owners with an exception of Montmartre (very good location) but it has little to do with its visitors overpaying their stays. So after all, I can honestly state, that I consider paying ten euros per night more and find a normal place in the same Montmartre.

I'll be short this is the place for people that don't wanna pay for their nights. You pay little and you get a bed... that's all and the deal is fair! If you came to Paris to stay out and enjoy the city then it's fine. If you expect a classy, nice apartment just get a few more Euros and find a proper place. Wouldn't stay there for a week but on a weekend time scale it was just perfect, with the money saved we could just hit the city instead.

great location (probably one of the bests in the whole paris) , great service and really good price for what it is. the only thing i wasn't so happy about was the blanket (it was bit old looking). i guess there's no better place to stay in (in that price limit) in the whole paris. i'll be coming back.

The hotel is very well situated and is not expensive according to Paris, but the rooms are very little and is very noisy. The walls are very thin and you can hear perfectly what's happening in the next door rooms. I've spent a whole week and they never have cleaned the room or make properly the bed. The just pulled the blanket over the bed and emptied the trash.

It is a good place for peoples who passby paris and just need a rest place to rest. Otherthan that , the hotel doesnt have elevators and the steps are very small for older people to climb up. You need to come down to take your shower and the noises you make can be heard in the nearby rooms.

You have a good metro connection in paris and so you neednt worry about the transportation to the city center. It just takes 15 minutes to Eifel and 5 min to Gare de Nord station.

If you have a car you need to find a park place yourself well near to the hotel ( If you are lucky enough to get a place ). The night life nearby the area is good and please dont go to any strip clubs nearby, you may be tempted , A friend of mine lost 400 Euros for just nothing. So please take care.

You can always find Moulin Rouge packed with people all over the day.
I would just recommend this hotel for yound peoples who needs a room to sleep.
