Two newly built and furnished apartments and 2 bedroom holiday home , Just 15 minutes from airport , 10 minutes drive to Negombo beach or town center
Both properties are located in a secure, peaceful residential area in Dalupotha, Negombo
Amaya Chalets - Ideal for short term rent for foreign travellers who visits Sri Lanka. Two chalets are available, sleeping up to three people per chalet. Singles must book a whole chalet.
Mini fridge, TV/DVD, Saterlite TV, Computer with internet connection , Tea /coffee, toiletries, linen & towels are privded free of charge,
Amaya Holiday Home - For Long term as well as short term foriegn travellers , Fully furnished 2 bedroom house , living room ,Pantry ( Fridge, Micro wave, Stove and other utensils needed for cooking ) with one attached bathroom - can book by room or as a whole,
Facilties included - TV/DVD, internect connection for laptops , Hot& cold water, BBQ facility , linen /Towels and toiletries for short term travellers ,

To get to Amaya Chalets will take 15 -20 minutes from the Bandaranaike International , will come to pick you up from the airport for just 22USD , or you can come by an airport taxi , pls call Manoj (+94773295858) for directions as soon as you get into a taxi or tuk tuk ,

Really welcoming place to stay at the start of a trip to Sri Lanka. We arranged an airport pickup with the owner which worked out perfectly even though our plane arrived an hour late at 4.30am! If you have a late night flight it is 100% worth the money! The room was much bigger than expected with multiple fans and perfectly clean. We found the owner helpful and attentive in all of our needs including being on call to direct tuk tuk drivers back from the beach in Negombo. This would be the only negative which we would have with the chalets as they are around 10 minutes from the centre of town and can be difficult to find without help! Overall Amaya Chalets was a place willing to go above and beyond to help with our trip (the owner even let us stay in his house for a few hours before we checked in and gave us a free ride to the bus station on our final day). Definitely recommended!

Amaya is a very pleasant, quiet and friendly place to stay. The only problem is no one can find it is so tucked away. The owner will meet you at the airport but expect to pay the equivalent of a nights accommodation for the privilege. The other alternative and one we used is to be talked in by telephone, best to get the owner to talk direct to the taxi driver rather than be the middleman. A nearby land mark that taxi drivers should know is the Avenra Hotel and the associated Full Moon Chinese Restaurant.
Its a few minutes by tuk tuk to the beach from the chalets.
