Great location, near the place of Bastille, the subway and a stop of the bus service L'Open Tour. Rooms are small but clean. The guy in Reception was kind but he only spoke french. The street has a lot of restaurants, bars, stores & also a Starbucks coffee.

About Hotel Bastille

Located in the very heart of Paris, Hotel Bastille combines fun, cleanliness and convenience from its ideal location near Bastille metro station. Nearby major attractions include the Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysées.

Very easy to access metro station Bastille on line 1, 5 and 8, very close from the opera Bastille and many bars, perfect for fun time. We are also near Notre Dame, The Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées. All of these are only a few minutes by direct metro line!

The continental breakfast is served to our guests for 3 € each person.

We have no curfew or lock out and our multilingual staff will welcome you with a nice smile.

At first glance it looks ok, the room is very small but it has what you need however the cleanliness is awful, carpet is very old and dirty wich can cause you allergie, the hotel always smells like indian food but the WORST is we found BED BUGS in our room, I will never stay there again, you can find a better place to stay for few more euros. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

This is not a hotel and they should not be able to advertise it as one! The foyer was enough to turn me off but the thought of losing my first nights accommodation was the only thing that kept me there. The stairs were so old the lift didn't go to our floor and the room was so small that our double bed would not fit against the bedhead and was turned the other way. The shower was not attached to the wall, the floor leaked and the wireless was weak. The nightlife and restaurants in the area were great and I would recommend the Bastille area to stay in but unless you are a backpacker and only looking for the most basic of lodgings I would not recommend staying here. For the price we paid we have stayed in much better rooms in other cities.
