Stayed for 6 nights. Very small bathroom, as expected, but towels changed every day. Reception staff helpful and breakfast ok - coffee, tea or hot chocolate with a croissant and bread rolland jam/butter. Rooms could be very warm as no air conditioning but overall for the price for a 2 star so close to the Metro and Sacre Coeur it was good. TV in room, also decent wardrobe but no actual drawer space. I would go back again.

Was not aware about busabout pickup. Was a bit noisy sometimes.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel: clean, heated and with breakfast included. The service was good, the price was quite affordable, and although not being in the centre it was in a very nice quartière very close to the Anvers metro station. Be sure not to be in the ground floor rooms (1 - 1Bis), very noise and cold.

Good location, easy to get to from the metro station (Anvers). Very clean and nicely decorated rooms, well heated. Not enough hot water in mornings when the hotel is busy- not what you'd expect for the price you pay. Breakfast ok- one croissant and bread roll per person, with butter and jam, a glass of orange juice, and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Breakfast finishes at 9am though, which is very early, especially in Paris where many guests would be out late at night exploring the city. The breakfast area also cannot accommodate the number of guests the hotel attracts. Wifi in room a plus. Staff reasonably friendly and will provide assistance when requested but don't really go out of their way to welcome you or give you any info on the area etc, however this is relatively typical for a hotel. No luggage storage area, but we were allowed to leave out bags in the dining area after checkout. Good checkout time too (12pm). Given it's Paris, not too bad and would probably stay there again.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Being a single female traveller, I was slightly annoyed I was put in the ground floor, room 1. However the room was nice - good sized bed, clean and adjoining ensuite with shower cubicle which was also very clean although quite small. The hairdryer wasn't working which was annoying. Also one of the towels was soaking wet!

The room was very dark with little natural sunlight although there was a window but it felt like being in a basement.

It was also very noisy - people passing in and out of the reception day and night and also the loud noise of the lift being used each time.

Breakfast was ok but a bit boring - a small bed roll, croissant, glass of orange juice and coffee - the same thing everyday and you were given the allocated amount - there was nothing extra!

The location was great - very near 2 metro stations plus bus routes and moments away from Sacre-Coeur. On arrival, the hotel receptionist said the area wasn't safe and to try to avoid walking about the area late at night. I got a bit scared and listened to him. I found the staff helpful and friendly.

There are great places to eat nearby (turn left out of the hotel and check out the kebab shop up the road which serves great food) and grocery stores and a cheap internet place (turn right out of hotel and on road immediately opposite).

They cleaned the room everyday even on a sunday and it was great value for money. I just wish I'd been on a different floor.

Would definitely recommend to single travellers and would stay there again.
