We are a good quality, budget hotel (w/ condos) in Cebu City, Philippines!
We have 50+ rooms and in addition to the amenities and services already listed, our hotel also has a dental clinic and around-the-clock security! Laundry service and massage are available at additional cost.
Important: Upon reservation, your card will be charged 10% of the total amount. The balance 90% is to be paid at the hotel in Philippine pesos. The 90% is 810 pesos per room per night.
Incidental Deposit: At check-in, you may be asked to add 500 pesos for extras (tel. calls, room service, etc.) This 500 pesos (minus extras, if any) is refunded at check-out.
Our payment policy is 'pay-for-stay at check-in'. Room rate already includes tax. Breakfast may be requested at additional cost during check-in.
(Before) 6am - extra night charge
6am to 2pm - guests may check-in early if there are unoccupied (and already cleaned) rooms
2pm - regular check-in time
12 (noon) to 1pm - regular check-out time
1pm to 4pm - 50% late check-out charge
(After) 4pm - extra night charge

Please print out the map and show it to the car service or taxi driver. A commute from Mactan International Airport to our hotel will cost approximately 7-10 USD. Travel time is 30 minutes in medium traffic conditions.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
