Excellent location just up from the Louvre and surrounded by streets full of cafes and restuarants, and it's not the cheapest part of town.
The hotel is as it says. Not expensive; room was fine. If you book a non en-suite room, just make sure you are not too large - the toilet ( on third floor), and shower room are not big. You can just squeeze an average size person in.But.... more

Your best choice in Paris
Right in the heart of Paris (5 minutes walking distance from the Louvre), Hotel Louvre Richelieu is certainly one of the best value hotels in this prestigious area. It will be the ideal starting point for you to discover Paris.
The hotel has 14 rooms, 12 of which have private bathrooms (WC and shower). We offer either DOUBLE ROOMS (1 bed for 2) or TRIPLE ROOMS (1 bed for 2 and 1 bed for 1). A QUAD is either a triple with an additional bed, or a room with 2 double beds.
We have non-smoking rooms.
The team at the front desk is at your disposal and very keen to help you with recommendations for restaurants, tours, Parisian night life. They speak English, German, Italian and Portuguese.
A PC is at your disposal at the desk for internet (paying service), and a WiFi connection is available (5 p. day).
Our rates are in Euro, rates in other currencies are approximate.
First night will be charged at the booking, and is not refundable in case of changes or cancellation.
They include taxes, but not breakfast ( 6 per person). Linen and towels are provided and there is NO CURFEW.
We ask our clients to bring NO FOOD and NO DRINKS into the building and the rooms, in order to keep the premises clean.
Check in after 3.00 PM
The reception is closed between 1 and 3 PM.
Check out time is at noon.
Cancellation policy : Any night cancelled less than 3 days in advance will be charged on your credit card.
BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED but available at extra 6 euro per person

The hotel is as it says. Not expensive; room was fine. If you book a non en-suite room, just make sure you are not too large - the toilet ( on third floor), and shower room are not big. You can just squeeze an average size person in.But....very quiet, and wonderful smell of freshly baked croissants from boulangerie next door tickles your wake up time. Nice area, easy to get to from Chatelet Les Halles ( take metro to Pyramides and walk 3 mins) .
