Residencial Latino offers a clean and friendly environment, an atmosphere of tranquility, colonial architectural features and high quality facilities to make your stay in the city of La Paz a pleasant experience.
Residencial Latino has 24 rooms, the interior spaces has colonial architecture and offers guests rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared facilities.
One block of rooms is located in the first square of the residential building. The lobby also has a very welcoming atmosphere for its guests, and they will be able to enjoy the architectural figurative stone artifacts similar to those in the colonial square.
Another block of rooms in the second square of the Residencial Latino is closer to the cafeteria where you can meet other travelers over drinks and enjoy a better view of La Paz and the city of El Alto.
In order to reach the destination, you must follow these instructions.
If you’re coming by train, you need to get off at the FFCC train station. Once you exit the station, you need to head north along Avenue Peru and turn right at Avenue Peni. After, you need to take a slight right onto Avenue Armentia. Continue along this road until you cross onto Avenue Sucre. You must carry on along Avenue Sucre until you reach Calle Junin. Turn left at Calle Junin and walk until you reach the destination.
If you’re coming by bus, you need to get off at La Paz Bus Terminal. Once you exit the terminal, you need to eastwards along Peni Road. After, you need to take a slight right onto Avenue Armentia. Continue along this road until you cross onto Avenue Sucre. You must carry on along Avenue Sucre until you reach Calle Junin. Turn left at Calle Junin and walk until you reach the destination.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.

the room was nice..the electric shower looked scary though. the staff--helpful and very friendly. breakfast was ok too.
