Service was good, room was clean and tidy.
Very noisy from the bar below on the Saturday night. The bed was very hard and pillows were too soft.
Other than that, well recommended for tavelling on a budget.

Good room...we got the "Eighties" room, stayed 3 nites there for Summerjam and everything was perfect!

About King Georg
King Georg is a music bar in the heart of Cologne offering 4 rooms above the bar, which are freshly renovated with different themes.
The King Georg is a unique place for music & culture lovers in Central Cologne
(Near the river & old town) with four newly renovated apartments on 4 different floors. All apartments include a bathroom as well a small kitchen.
The double rooms cost € 70 per night for up to two people together.
All sights are within a foot walk.
At night from Thursday - Saturday the King Georg club bar opens. Here you will find the real cologne nightlife, for which the city is known.
DJs, bands, theatre and readings will make your stay at King Georg unique.

Location Information
The main train station Hansaring is only 5 minutes from King Goerg.
By taxi it costs about 5 Euros.
The closest tube station (U-bahn) is Ebertplatz which is just one minute walk from King Georg
From the Airport a taxi is about 20-30 Euros and the transfer to the center of Cologne takes about 15-20 minutes.
