Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type/dates/availability. Rock in Rio, New Years Eve, Carnival, World Youth Day, Confederations Cup, World Cup and holidays should be paid 50% in advance via bank deposit or credit card and the remaining 50% is payable upon arrival (only cash please ,R$, USD, E$ or GBP). For all bookings made through HWorld it is absolutely necessary to send the hostel only the security code of your credit card by phone, mail, fax or SMS. If we do not receive it in 24hrs of your reservation your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit and your beds.
