A famous centre for most water sports/activities including: fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing. In Calheta nearby there are white sandy beaches and a marina where Dolphin, Whale watching and Big Game fishing boats operate from. Ribeira Brava a large town is 25 minutes away.
