Everything was very good, but breakfast very reduced.

Stray Cat Hostel is located in Center of Istanbul so to sit next to the Bosphorous Sea you just walk 2 minutes, to enjoy night life at thousands of bars , cafes and restaurants which open till morning in city center (Taksim Istıklal Avenue ) you walk 10 minutes , to be in historical parts Hagia Sofia Topkapi Palace Blue Mosque Grand Bazaar Spice Market and more you take a enjoyable tram ride for 10 minutes .

In 4 and 6 bed dormitories we do not have bunk beds just indiviual single beds. Next to every dorm room we have separated showers and restrooms. One minute in any direction from the hostel there are several local restaraunts, discount supermarket and liqour shops.

Payment by cash upon arrival.

We only accept international travelers to make reservation and stay with us. If you cannot produce an international passport, ID, or flight information, we cannot accept your reservation and your deposit will not be refunded

Please note that free airport transfer is valid for 14 to 28 people groups and for at least 7 nights stay.

Please note we offer fre sheets and bed linens so to sleep with your own sleeping bag is not permitted.

Credit Cards payments are subject to 10 percent extra.

Expensive compared with other things you can find in the centre of Istambul.
Noisy, little street with a lot of traffic (weekend)
Breakfast... we have to have breakfast outside because of cat's smell (one thing is share space with cats, another thing is not to clean cat's sand)

But totaly we can recommend the hostel for eveyone who looks for a short and cheap place in Istanbul!

It was a good stay with STray cat but when it comes to go to Takshim squar, really used to feel that i am died!!! However it is very close to Trame which is really good!!!

You can't have everything at same time!!!

Very nice people, very helpful. Good location, next to the tram, 4 stops away from the monuments.
