Our property is located in an old and beautiful villa in the barrio of Bellavista, Santiago's bohemian district. Newly renovated, the building dates back to the 19404's and has carefully been restored, respecting its historical structure. Simultaneously, we also incorporated modern materials to guarantee a pleasant stay.Our philosophy is to offer good accommodation alternative by creating economical and safe lodging within a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. We believe that ample shared spaces and comfortable rooms are the key for having a pleasant stay. Our property disposes of different room types, including 4 person dorms as well as private rooms with shared or private bathroom.
