Important Information

Conditions

Hours:
Reception hours are between 8.30 am and 7 pm.
Arrivals outside of this hours must be arranged prior to your arrival. Please phone 07 4725 7769
Check out time is 10:00 AM, Check in time is strictly from 2:00 PM although you can leave your bags at reception.
Check outs before 8.30 am can leave key in drop box at reception counter.

Payment:
Payment is do upon arrival. You can pay cash, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. All prices are fixed per person per night with bed sheets included. Please note we have a 3% surcharge on credit cards.

Security deposit:
We do require cc details on arrival or a $50 cash security deposit.

Noise:
Please refrain from late night noise after 10:00 PM that could disturb other guests. All guests should be considerate towards other guest at all times. Music and electronics should be played on headphones.

Smoking:
We do not permit smoking anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside in designated area only.

Alcohol & Drugs:
Excessive drinking and use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Management retains the right to remove anyone from the premises who is intoxicated.

Meals:
The kitchen is open 23/7. No cooking in the bedrooms. You can drink the tap water in Townsville.

Visitors:
No outside visitors allowed after 10:00 PM and visitors are not permitted in the shared dorm rooms. Visitors should remain in the common areas.

Power:
Lights, fans and air-conditioning to be switched off when no one is in the room. Windows to be closed when are-conditioning is switched on. Air-conditioners will only run in the evenings during the Summer months.

Linen:
Please return your sheets, pillowcase and any blankets to the linen bin at reception when you check out.
