Please make sure you state your estimated time of arrival. If things change give us a call or email to let us know.

The kitchen and lounge are restricted 12-7am
The terrace is closed 11.30pm - 7am,
This is purely to keep noise down for other guests and residents in the area.

Laundry is free!

Luggage storage is free!

Towels are free!

Families are welcome, but must book a family room (3 beds). We also have self-catering accommodation available for families. Please email or call for details.

Although we are in the town centre we are on a residential street. Please respect your fellow guests and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 7am. Anyone found to be causing a disturbance will be asked to leave.
…..and it follows from the above, by all means go out and enjoy the craic!!; but please leave the party and non guests at the bar/club/pub.

Persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or legal guardian.

Educational and school groups are welcome accompanied by teachers. Please contact us before booking.

No smoking inside the building. It is an offence under Northern Ireland law.

On check in you will be required to hand over photographic ID. I.e. Drivers license, passport or national identity card. This will be returned on check out.
