A very helpful and friendly landlord. It was very useful to be able to use his friend's yard for parking our car, otherwise having a car in that part of Sarayevo would have been a problem.
The directions for finding the hotel only made sense once we discovered what "bascarsija" is - not obvious to the stranger to the city.
