About Ana Maria House
Based in a quiet place, very central, accessible from anywhere in the city:- All carried out on foot (no need for taxis) - just 15 minutes from the hotel zone of Vedado, 10 minutes from the University, which offers courses to learn Spanish (all months), 10 minutes from the Plaza de Revolution and National Theater, just 10 minutes from the National Bus Terminal and 20 minutes from historic downtown Havana.
Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one double bed, with all the amenities: air conditioning, refrigedador, radio, TV (except via cable television), bathroom almost all the rooms in a cooking space.

The room we had was quiet, clean and within walking distance of many points of interest in Havana (i.e. Old Havana, The Museum of the Revolution, The Capital). She makes an excellent breakfast as well.
When it came time to find a place to stay in Trinidad, Ana Mara helped us find a lovely place through some friends of hers.
The prices were very reasonable. We had a wonderful stay during our 6 nights in Havana.

Loveky family - very helpful and welcoming. Easy walk to the Malecon a little further to Havana Central and Veijo but walking is the best way to see Havana anyway... or you can take a cheap bici-taxi!

A very nice place to stay in La Habana with a budget price in a quiet neighboorhood, and the localization couldn´t be better. You can do almost anything on foot, like buy tours in Hotel Habana Libre, exchange money near that hotel and take Viazul buses in the main bus station at Plaza da Revolución to other cities, like Varadero. But beware that these buses doesn´t stop at the main station on the return, but they do stop near Habana university that is near Ana´s house. The hosts, Ana and Victor are absolutely lovely! Highly recommended!
