Excellent location and great for budget traveller. Would have been good to have a hair dryer in room. Very clean and lovely and warm as it was a chilly few days outside. I didn't pay for breakfast, so don't know what that was like but there is a great boulangerie 50m away.

FREE WIFI in every room makes it a much better place than some of the other cheap places nearby.
