This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Overall the guesthouse was cheap, clean and the staff were very friendly/helpful. It was just what we needed for our long weekend stay in Seoul. Very close to the subway as well.

Some points:
It was extremely difficult to find the property but we called the number given on the booking sheet and someone came to show us the way. Was lucky because the traditional guesthouse is not where you check in (and get your key).

FYI check in is at the Korea Hostel.

Breakfast was included but we were not told at what time so we missed it on the first day.
Breakfast was bread and strawberry jam (tea and coffee as well).

FYI breakfast is from 8.30-10am and be quick as there is only one toaster and one loaf of bread!

The room was just what we needed and the TV and internet were a bonus although we did not use either.
The bathroom was supposed to be private but was used by other guests as well. There were two bathrooms and four rooms. Go figure. Facilities were clean and there were left over body washes/shampoos and such.

FYI there is no toilet paper in the bathrooms so be sure to take your own.

You should check out this place if you want to have a taste of staying in a traditional hanok place in Korea. Very pretty-looking interiors and conveniently located near metro lines and many tourist spots like Dongdaemun and Cheongyecheon stream.

Unni was super nice to us. The place is very comfortable and accessible to a lot of things. Try this place if you want the experience of a traditional house and if you're in a budget.
